Isadora froze as she saw that particular flame in his eyes. Though he had seen this change in Elvis and even in him the other nights it still made her tremble and appear vulnerable. She just could not get used to the abnormality.
He could never change. She was fully certain about this. Her mouth remained frozen as his words continue to echo in her ears. She did not understand the reason why this heartless man was adamant about this particular issue.
But what she did not understand was the fact that he was still... still that heartless man. Wasn't he a little different just a few seconds ago?
