Elvira's face instinctively turned back to him, trying to assimilate what just happened right now. Could Ezekiel see her? She questioned as she stared at him but it seemed that nothing happened and she was only hallucinating.

It wasn't possible because he hadn't seen her?! He wasn't even facing her when he said those words. Was she hypnotised? She questioned as she blinked her eyes.
The only way to know if she had been hallucinating was to look at both of them carefully. Especially at the new mistress who was going to reply to him. If Ezekiel had truly mentioned her name, the new mistress would have questioned.
