I replied and told him "Am better and she's recovering" and he asked me what really happened I started narrating of how I was driving and on-call and didn't notice her, told him the accident as bad as I had to donate my blood for her since the blood bank was empty and am a universal donor. Told him of how the lady was being so rude and mean to me and he said I should give her some time since she"s still recovering from a traumatic experience. I told him also about the clients I received and asked his point of view which he gave and we fixed a date to have a meeting with the board. We discussed other issues related to the company over the glass of scotch he had ordered and I told him I was leaving the office to the hospital and that he should update me in case of any new development, he agreed and I took my leave.
