Three years after Kouki's birth, he is now going to know his rank in two years because people under age five should not know anything about the special powers because they have not reach the mature level of understanding the history of this world/universe. Kouki is looking at his teacher, Mrs. Gogatsu, a master level martial artist. Kouki is being taught for advanced fighting skills to use during a important reason.
Kouki gets smashed into a wall.

Mrs. Gogatsu leads Kouki and shows him a secret room with a pin. She clicks the following numbers.

Mrs. Gogatsu and Kouki both go into the room, inside the room was a crystal that was SSS Tier, she wanted to give Kouki the crystal and told him something interesting about the crystal. Mrs. Gogatsu then receives a call on her 3D watch.
BEEP. BEEP. BEEP.
Mrs. Gogatsu goes take the call. Her eyes widens as she hears how was on the other side of the phone and she was told to bring Kouki to a government issued facility. She understands and brings Kouki to the location said to her. They enter the building.
"Welcome to the rank check selector, this room is here to see your rank in the system and testing your skills with this world."
"Kouki please go forward into the green circle."
While the room said this a green circle appears in front of Kouki. Kouki enters the circle. As Kouki waves bye he starts teleporting to the room to be tested. He went unconscious when he gets teleported.
"Kouki"
"Where am I?"
"Hello, Kouki welcome to something called your mindscape."
"What's that?"
"Well a mindscape is somewhere in your mind where you get teleported to when you get unconscious or when you can control your breathing to get teleported here."
"What normally happens when I am here?"
"Well, when your here, time in here will be slower in here then out there. So 1 year in here will be normally a second in the outside world."
"Ok."
"Time to get to the real point of why I brought you here."
"Ok, what is it?"
"You are my reincarnation but I need you to answer this, would you like to accept my powers and become OP?"
"Yes, yes I would."
"Ok, I transferred my powers to you, Good luck, say Alice to activate the powers everything, she will explain everything what you want to know as you level up."
