Ahmar watched Bree's exaggerated action as she refused to let him touch her and for once he wasn't offended instead he laughed out loud as he said, " What are you thinking? I am talking about normal sleep—- just lying next to each other, you don't need to refuse so exaggeratedly, you know? It's going to hurt my heart."
Bree stiffened as she looked at him with a confused expression before straightening up and walking closer to Ahmar who was lying on the bed. " What do you mean by that? Why would you ask me to just 'sleep' with you?" She couldn't see the reason behind Ahmar's request, why would he use such a good opportunity to just lay next to him? He can ask for his military medallion back, of course, she wouldn't have given without strings of terms and conditions attached but still—- why this and not the medallion?
