"Self-respect?" chuckled Bree upon hearing those as she swooped down and pinched Harley's face with her fingers. Then without even bothering to lower her voice, she continued, " You came rushing here despite being engrossed in work, I will not ask about how exactly you found about the situation here but as soon as you came here, you went ahead on your knees and begged me to forgive the second consort, with what rights if not for you being his bedmate. Because ten soldiers are standing here, with twenty maids and fifty or so male servants, they watched me punish the second consort and didn't dare to say a word, so why is it that you are the only one who begged me to show leniency?"
