First: The MC's power or DNA cannot be taken so the androids and cell will remain weak.
Second: Doctor Jeroe will not be able to take Alidos or Yumber's DNA meaning that the androids remain the same.
Third: Doctor Jeroe will spend one more year on the Andriods which in turn will lead to them giving Cell a bigger power boost, but that doesn't mean he will be as large of a threat as before.

Alidos says looking at Vegeta who gritted his teeth and bowed.
"Go train with Goku in the time chamber and the room of spirit and time"

1YEAR LATER
It has been 1 year since the defeat of Frieza.
Everyone was rushing over to the desert due to sensing malicious ki signatures.
Vegeta, Piccolo, and the others arrived to see a spaceship land. A more grown-up-looking version of Frieza's first form came out.
"King Cold"
Vegeta was shocked for a second, but he smirked.
"Oh Vegeta I remember seeing you when your father was kneeling before me"
King cold laughed maniacally.
Vegeta was angered as his power went up to 3,500,000.
King Cold smiled as he was unimpressed, but upon going super saiyan Vegeta's power level read 175 million and the super scouter blew up.
King Cold still had a smile as he spoke.
"Do you think I lazed around for these past few days after hearing about the Super Saiyans and the death of Frieza, no I was training for 1 month straight"
King Cold said.
"Due to my Race's special genes little training can make us become very powerful"
King Cold said as his power skyrocketed from the resting 90 million.
95 million...110 million...130 million...160 million...180 million...200 million
King Cold has entered his second form.
Vegeta sensing the power knew he was happy that this fight would not be a waste of time.
Goku was standing and watching the fight with excitement as he wanted to fight King Cold.
At first King Cold and Vegeta were even, but when Vegeta started using 10% King Cold was beginning to get beaten on.
Vegeta kicked Cold into the air and charged a final flash enveloping King Cold, but when the smoke cleared Cold was levitating there using 35%.
King Cold PL: 480 MIllion
Vegeta PL: 310 Million
Cold rushed in and began to give Vegeta a pounding(ayo pause). Vegeta was knocked through a couple of mountains and up into space then into the moon. Vegeta was given the ability to breathe in space along with Goku by Alidos.
Vegeta found an opening and used 50% to fire a final flash(2.45 Billion). The final Flash went and carried King Cold through the moon and exploded.
Boom!!!
Vegeta thought it was over, but was punched at light speeds sending him flying towards earth. Vegeta caught himself as he was about to breach the atmosphere.
Vegeta had enough so he went and transformed to his Super Saiyan 2 full power(9.8 Billion). Vegeta's power was incredible as he had a cocky smirk on his face.
King Cold arrived and he saw that Vegeta had more light effects on him, but he thought it was just for show and powered up to 80%(5 Billion) to end this battle. Vegeta powered up a full-power Galick Gun and King Cold launched a Hyperstorm(supernova+Gamma ray burst+black hole) that tore space apart with each passing second.
King Cold was Struggling as he went full power, he was too weak as Vegeta's Galick Gun overpowered and enveloped him. Everyone thought the battle was over until a red blast hit Vegeta in the arm.
Vegeta held his arm with a grunt as he looked back to see King Cold enveloped in a silver aura.
King Cold has gone and transformed into his Silver Cold form making his power level skyrocket to new heights.
King Cold flies in and decks Vegeta who drops out of Super Saiyan 2 and falls to his knees. King Cold charges a blast when suddenly a light envelopes the field.
Goku has entered a form beyond Saiyans and Ascended to the Primal state of beings better known as Super Saiyan 4. Due to being trained in the hyperbolic time chamber and the room of spirit and time every day for six months he has not only achieved ssj3 but surpassed it.
Goku SSJ4 PL(5%)-200 Billion
Silver Cold PL(1%)-120 Billion
The two beings rushed at each other as they clashed causing the solar system to shake under the sheer force. Goku kicked Cold out of the planets atmosphere and all the way to mars.
Cold stopped himself from crashing into the planet and blasted off towards the rapidly approaching Goku. Cold powered up a kick and hit Goku across the face then kneed him in the gut and held his hand and threw him towards the sun.
Goku caught himself before the touched the Sun's surface. The galaxy was filled with brie, but bright flashes of light everywhere as Cold and Goku were battling on a level equivalent to Gods.
Goku SSJ4 PL(100%)-4 Trillion
Silver Cold PL(50%)-6.75 Trillion
Goku was getting brutally beaten as Cold gave him no chance to fight back. The battle was causing the balance of the Universe to collapse in on it self, as their battle was cosmic level.
Watching all this happen was Alidos who got bored of the fight, so he intervened and stopped Cold's punch with one finger.
"Huh, who are you?
Cold asked as he powered up and fired a blast at Alidos head.
"Your demise is what I am"
Alidos said as the space dust cleared to reveal an unharmed Alidos who blinks causing the body Cold to be sucked through multiple cosmic storms that severely wounded Cold.
Cold with fear powered up to full and suddenly felt empty as he noticed his body was gone and he was in some sort of white space.
Alidos dusted off his hands and took Goku and teleported to earth.
