I sat by the chair next to Cater who was still unconscious. After all I've done to him, he still took a bullet for me. I saw how his reading was the way it seems but he refused to wake up.
He was just as stubborn as he was in real life. I sat and held his hand when Carlos rushed in, he tapped me and I got conscious back, I hugged him and cried on his shoulder.
"How are you doing? I came rushing immediately after you called?" He said, yeah totally right, I called him when the police refused to let me go, I held him tight and watched how he was fairing.
"I told you to stay away from him, he's trouble." He said sternly and I broke the hold, more like a hug or embrace, anyone you like.
"You don't have to say it, if not for him, I would have been on the bed." I sided with Carter, he ran his finger into his hair and laughed.
"You're still siding with him huh??" He asked and I turned my back on him and I could hear him sigh loudly.
