As I looked in the mirror at my reflection, I noticed a few bruises on my neck.
Ace stated that I was at the mansion and that everything I had received was a nightmare. The bruise on my neck immediately reminded me of the grocery store that had seemed a little familiar while Ace and I were on our way home, which wasn't far.
I also informed Ace about the grocery store being familial, and Ace questioned how it could be familiar when I'm new to the neighborhood.
Ace is keeping a lot of things from me, so I exhale. It hurts me that he's doing everything he can to make me smile.
I made my way out of the bathroom, grabbing a white long sleeve and wearing my pants and bra beneath the long sleeve.
I don't have any appropriate clothing because Ace didn't leave any nice clothes in my box.
A voice suddenly yells from the sitting room, "Sugarplum, breakfast is ready."
