Chereads / Loving You So Badly / Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

"Arya, what do you want me to do? Do you want me to stop him, even though I know he no longer loves me?" I asked.

She shook as he held his head.

"So some ladies are hurt because you, Dionne, were such a fool," she explains.

This woman's reactions made me uncomfortable.

"Of course, you should stop here because he's the father of your unborn child," she said as she sat back down on the couch, "but what are you going to do? You'll let him fly away from you."

She yells once more. "You're a jerk, Dionne!"

I could understand her rage because she felt sorry for me, but I couldn't stop him from leaving.

"I understand your predicament right now, Arya, but we can't make someone stay with us; what good is it for him to stay here with me when he no longer loves me?" I explain.

She fell silent for a brief moment as a result of what I said to her.

She exhales heavily. "You make an excellent point, Dionne," she continued, "but what about your baby? How will you explain to her that her father is no longer present?"

I'll sit on the couch with my back to the wall. As Arya pointed out, my infant was the one who suffered as a result of her father's absence. Assuming my child is a girl,

"You don't have a problem with your child right now because she's still in your womb, but once she's out and grown up, she'll always ask about her father," she explained.

"My baby will never be a toddler always, Arya; when she grows up and has her own life, she will be much better at grasping problems," I say.

"Yeah, you're right," she said.

She explained as she took a deep breath.

"That's why I knew you had a problem when I saw you open the gate earlier."

"How could anyone be happy under these conditions, Arya?" I wondered.

"Probably don't have. What are your plans, and do your parents know about your situation?" she asked.

"They didn't know," I replied.

"Tell them so they know," I replied.

"I don't want to tell them, Arya, because I'm afraid of them," I explained.

"How soon are you going to tell them? They'll find out whatever you're hiding in your current situation, Dionne."

"Leave this place as soon as possible and join me in the city. It's best if you follow my advice so you can get on with your life. However, if you stay here, you will always be able to remember your memories together; don't wait for him to come here and get the house since he is the one who brought this house, "She counselled. I'm ecstatic to have met her. I'm currently alone. If I hadn't already known her,

I stood up and went into the room to start packing. If only Arya hadn't visited me. I'm just going to mumble in this house.

I didn't want to leave this place, but I could because the true owner was the first to leave. After an hour of packing, I left the room. Arya jumped to her feet and grabbed my two suitcases.

"Don't you have any belongings left?" it asked as we exited the gate.

"There are a lot more," I replied, "but I'll just leave them here; all I brought were the most important ones."

"All right," she says, motioning to the gate door, which has been locked.

And two minutes later, as we got closer to the road's edge, a straining halt appeared in front of us, with Arya opening the car for me and then entering the cab.

After an hour of driving the taxi driver, we arrived in the city at Arya's house. We got out of the taxi after paying.

"Does it bother your boyfriend if I live with you?" I asked.

Arya and her doctor lover have been living together in this house for five years, and I can attest to the strength of their relationship because I have never heard Arya complain about her partner.

"Kiley is nice, Dionne, so you won't have to worry about anything when you live here," he says.

I gave a nod.

Right now, all you have to think about is who your child will be.

We entered the house a minute later and found Kiley watching television in the living room; when he noticed we were there, he turned his head in our direction.

Arya walked up to Kiley and kissed him on the cheek.

"Did you get home earlier than usual?"

Arya inquired.

"Yes, and you're not at home," Kiley said.

"I visited Dionne's house."

Kiley smiled as she looked at me.

"Sit down, Dionne, and tell me how you're doing, " he inquired.

"I'm fine," I replied.

"I thought I saw you earlier in the mall with your boyfriend, but I was mistaken because the woman your boyfriend was with had long brown hair," Kiley explained.

"I'd never been to a mall with him before." My answer.

Yes, Noah and I were together for two years, but he never took me to the mall.

We would sometimes argue over trivial matters because he would not take me with him if he left. We'll have to fight when I leave and take him with me. Arya looked at me as if she knew why Noah and I had broken up. The pain I'm experiencing is reappearing. I have a feeling he has someone else, but my heart and mind refuse to accept the possibility.

I don't want to think about anything negative right now, but when Kiley told me something, I want to scream and cry.

Arya approached Kiley and placed her hand on Kiley's faced.

"Sweetheart, you probably forgot to wear glasses, so you see something, but it's not Noah," Arya said.

"Arya, I only have a defect in my eyes but I'm not blind; Noah even smiled at me," Kiley explained.

Noah and Kiley are acquaintances but not friends.

"Noah and Dionne are already broken up, Love," Arya said. Kiley's eyes widened as he realized what he had heard.

"Is it really that simple? Since when?" he asked.

"Last week, Kiley," I said.

"And find someone else right away? That's really stupid, "Kiley said, shaking his head.

"Dionne,I knew from the beginning, when I first met him, that he didn't do you any good, Dionne," he said, sounding like my brother. I was moved by what he said.
