When Troy dropped Darius back at the pavilion, he caught the two leaders only quietly drinking on their cups. He was pressing a piece of cloth against his shirt, trying to dry the splashes he got when Lize got onto the boat. The lesser Alpha blinked once at the scene: Nicholai and Solar seemed to be both satisfied with whatever they agreed upon.
Then, Nicholai looked over to smile at his mate. "Darius, just in time for the important matter. Solar, Darius came here to ask for a favor, aside from you strengthening the seals on the shard in his body."
"Right, Solar… Megan is actually getting into a lot of trouble with humans. She goes to a human school, and she's getting unwanted attention—lots of it." At the lifted brows of Solar's face, Darius only chuckled. "Dad said it's possible for you to make it so that the humans won't think about her unless she's talking to them. It's just… she has a friend she wants to be excluded from it."
