Nicholai's words kept on resounding in Darius's mind even when he was walking around the Estate the next morning. Megan was already at school, and Dylan was stuck in his room studying. He was supposed to go to the Internet Room to work on his modules, but he didn't even feel like going anywhere. Like a ghost, he kept on roaming the hallways.
He then happened upon a conversation among the trainees. Darius peeped from the corner and saw how Keely was waiting at the side with two girls. They all seemed to be just chatting while another person was busy somewhere else. What were these trainees up to? Shouldn't they be on the training grounds at this time of the day?
