Chapter 103 - Bad News

Instead of a violent roar, Darius only stared at Nicholai's posture. The leading Alpha had his eyes closed, and he was leaning away from the woman who chose to slather herself on him. He was obviously paying attention to other things aside from the matters in this room—especially not this room. Darius figured Nicholai wouldn't want to sit and look at their faces after whatever they told him.

He just ignored the woman in black and white. He didn't care if she was giggling like a haunting ghost or had her hair swaying in the air like she was underwater. The lesser Alpha only moved to let the maids enter to serve the food. He even went to attend to the trolleys that served the soup to the visitors.
