The red street… it was certainly a place that no one's husband wanted them to be seen going to that place alone. It was comparable to a normal red-light district, but unlike those places… the hotels on the red street were open day in, day out. They were even cheaper than most hotels in the city, so most travelers opted to book here… despite the strange connotation.

Unlike the other races, the siren brood didn't have a leader. They worked here as individual hoteliers that got competition with every other siren out here. Unlike on the distant rocky shores in remote islands where their race thrived, the sirens in the city had a steady customer base in the form of humans and other races. Even some of Nicholai's wolves were also part of those regulars.
