Vague recollections of blood and darkness came to his mind. It was as if he could feel the least important memories of his family invading his mind from the most secret depths and crevices of his brain. In the end, it would normally come back to the time when the humans had attacked.
Despite the horror and pain, however, Sancho would always see how Darius saved him.
At the thought of that guy, Sancho realized that he had used his life to protect the little prince that was one of Darius's adopted children. He had no idea how Darius was related to those children aside from being their father figure, but he knew how much Darius cared about them. He just wished that the child survived after he had used his own body as a shield.
