[Are you planning to ignore me forever?]
After sending another message, Emma impatiently waited for him to reply. She was pretty sure he would seen-zone her again but a part of her still wished he would reply.
When her phone buzzed, she quickly grabbed it wishing it was Daniel but to her disappointment, it wasn't.
[Owen: Are you free for a lunch date?]
Amidst her disappointment, Owen's message made her smile. The guy had been nothing but sweet to her the entire week. They had also been hanging out more than usual.
[Emma: Let me quickly check with my boss. He is quite strict you know]
[Owen: Well, maybe he will let you go if you get him a cup of coffee]
[Emma: On it]
After tossing her phone aside, she grabbed the cafeteria card from her bag and left her office.

Staring at his phone, Daniel contemplated for a while before tossing it aside. This was the fourth message he had received from Emma in the past week but he chose to ignore it too.
