Theodor did not say anything. He understood what Daniel was trying to imply. The fact that he saw him at the cafeteria but chose to ignore him was enough for him to understand that Daniel did not care what he thought. And he had no intention of hiding his relationship with Emma from Theodor.
“Her name is Emma, isn’t it?” Theodor scoffed. “She is just an ordinary employee with no special background. Why are you wasting your time and energy on someone who will bring you no good?”
“I don’t think this is something that should concern you,” Daniel remarked. “You should focus on fixing your own personal life first before trying to interfere with mine.”
“You—I am your grandfather! Whatever I say is in your best interest,” Theodor snapped.
“So according to you, we shouldn’t be with someone who doesn’t bring us profits, right?” Owen raised his brows. “Okay, so tell me one thing. What good did Vincent’s mother bring to you?”
