First day for filming of the movie 'Over the Rainbow.'
Usually, the order of scenes being filmed to the final movie, did not match, but director Sarah Lot decided to start from scene 1 to the last.
She decided so because she felt it was much easier, for actors, to immerse themselves in acting their character by following the storyline.
The setting for the movie were two fictional cities.
Star Phil city is a place where the middle class people lives, while, Down Rock City is a place where it is difficult to earn for a living.
There was a great difference between the two city. If Star Phil City was lively and full of colors, Down Rock city was monotonous and grey.
The main setting is a park that bordered the two cities. As the most important filming site, director Sarah Lot created a small park for shooting.
"As expected of Hollywood…"
Seo Eun-hye and An Daho said as they arrived at the set together with Seojun.
They never imagined that Director Sarah Lot would make a park just for a movie. The trees were so lush that it could be mistaken for a real a park here if they didn't knew it was a filming site.
Seojun had already experienced what they were feeling back when he filmed Shadowman 2, so he headed to the dressing room first leaving his mother and Daho admiring the set.
"Welcome!"
"Hello, Jun!"
"Hi. Catherine! Paul!
Following him was his mother and Daho, who just finished admiring the set.
Seeing that both of his guardian arrived, Seojun started dressing up according to the stylist.
While he was changing, he was also talking to Catherine and Paul. Then, two people arrived and greeted his mother and Daho.
It was Professor Benjamin Morton and Jason Moore with his sunglasses.
The children greeted Professor Benjamin.
"Hello, professor!"
"Today would be Catherine's first performance, right? You have to do it comfortably? It will be perfect as long as you're not nervous."
"Yes! Thank you!"
Catherine replied with a big smile.
"Hello, Teacher Jason."
Seojun greeted Jason. The two of them became quite close during the 2 weeks lesson.
As he was chatting with Jason, he realized that he was nervous about his first solo concert.
Jason Moore did not hide his feelings after they became quite close.
Catherine and Paul also understood Jason Moore's feelings, they also felt the same way when they first started filming.
"Jason. Didn't you say you were busy preparing for the concert?"
"I heard the professor is coming, so I'll came too."
Professor Benjamin smiled and poke Jason in the side.
"We've been watching Jun's Drama for the past two weeks. We just watched the last episode of 'My clinic' yesterday."
"Really? How was it?"
There should some mispronunciation on the part of Professor Morton for 'My Clinic', as he is a foreigner. However, his pronunciation was so natural that it could be seen how much the professor focused on watching it.
"I really enjoyed it. My eyes are still stinging because I cried so much. After watching it, I told Jason that I was looking forward to watch how Jun would shoot movie, and he too was curious. So we came together."
Seojun looked at Jason's sunglasses, smiled and asked.
"Jason, did you cry?"
"…"
He kept his mouth shut and didn't answer, however, they understood his meaning.
Everyone burst into laughter.

To prepare for the shooting, the three children talked loudly and headed to the middle of the park surrounded by cameras and staff.
"Hmm. It doesn't look good on you, Jun."
"I guess it's because you look so handsome."
At the words of Catherine and Paul, Seojun burst into laughter.
Catherine's and Paul's character are from Star Phil, and Seojun's character is from Down Rock. The clothes of the three children were noticeably different.
Catherine and Paul were wearing clean and bright clothes. It was not much different from what they usually wear.
"Look. Stylists were worried about Jun too."
Seojun, from Down Rock, was wearing clean but faded old clothes.
His character rarely get new clothes because it was a place where making a living was difficult. Down Rock was a dangerous, gloomy, and hopeless place.
"Should I make his look dirtier?"
Sarah Lot shook her head at the stylist's words.
"Gray is poor, but his mother still takes good care of him. There's no reason to make him dirty."
"But doesn't he stand out too much? His face alone glows as the light shines on his skin."
Emily said. Director Sarah and the staff burst into laughter when they heard that. Director Sarah, who was smiling joyfully, spoke.
"Let's start filming. If it doesn't work, but more makeup on him."
That's what she said, but coach Sarah Lot really believed in Seojun.
Seojun may have not practiced much of his acting in the past two weeks. However, she still had a hunch that he would be a "perfect gray". The "Seojun Lee" that people recognized, would not be seen as soon as the shooting began.
"Emily. Let's get ready for the shoot."
"Yes!"
The first scene was when the three children met in a park that bordered the two cities.
The staff who was checking the camera and lighting finished preparing. The guardians of the child actors all focused on their children.
"Let's start the shoot."
The voice of Assistant director Emily was heard.
"Ready, action!"
Director Sarah Lot, who confirmed Catherine and Paul's right position on the monitor, shouted loudly.

In an open park, the lively voice of Rebecca was heard.
"Did you film me well?"
"Yes."
"Our school is very unique. How come they asked us to make a video like this?"
"Well, it went well. You can study yourself by watching the video of how you practice, and I study how to film and direct."
Rebecca nodded at George's words.
Director Sarah Lot smiled and directed at the background quietly. Several cameras zoomed in on the two child actors' faces.
"What song are you going to play?"
"The song I'm going to play Vivaldi's four-season, Spring."
"Why spring?"
"Because it's my favorite song. Then I'll start playing it."
"Okay."
George took a video of Rebecca holding a violin with the camera in his hand.
"Whoo."
Rebecca exhaled and put the violin on her shoulder. She lifted her bow and started moving her arms.
Director Sarah Lot shouted.
"Cut, okay!"
She got an okay at once.
Catherine and Paul smiled, left the set, and headed in front of the monitor.
They watched the scene they had just filmed.
They were feeling nervous as Jun and the director watched the scene silently.
They wanted to focus on their own scene, however, their mind was all on how Seojun and the director thought of their actions.
After watching the scenes, Seojun looked back.
Catherine and Paul's nervous faces were seen. Just before the shoot, the two seemed to be very nervous, yet they acted naturally.
"Great job!"
The two children smiled shyly at Seojun's compliment.
Sarah Lot soon took her eyes off the monitor, she also praised Catherine and Paul.
"The lines were perfect and your gazes were handled well. Catherine and Paul. Next, let's shoot the performance scene. Professor Morton, if you see any shortcomings, please tell me after the shoot."
"Okay."
Catherine and Paul stood in the middle of the park.
Catherine straightened her posture. She remembered the order of performance she practiced for two weeks.
Professor Benjamin and Jason also focused on Catherine.
"1, 2…"
Tap!
A small signal was heard and music was played from the speaker. Following the sound, Catherine's right arm moved. Perhaps, thanks to the effect of the two weeks' practice, her timing was very good.
Professor Benjamin looked at Catherine with a pleased face.
In terms of posture alone, she looked like a child who had been playing the violin for several years, just like the character "Rebecca."
"Cut!"
Director Sarah Lot looked at Professor Benjamin.
It was okay in Sarah Lot's eyes, but it could have been different in the eyes of experts. Professor Benjamin nodded, and Sarah shouted.
"OK!"
Since then, they shot the bust shots and close-up shots of the same scene. Fortunately, the filming of the scene, in which only two people appeared, was without NG and it was over soon.
"Oh, I'm tired".
Catherine sat down immediately near Seojun.
Seojun handed over a water bottle handed to Catherine and gave Paul a mini-fan.
"Great job."
"I'm worried about the next shoot."
"That's right. That's right."
"Huh?"
