Chapter 16 - 15

Devan couldn't hide his happy look this time. When his eyes opened and saw the date that had changed, he endlessly reviewed the smile and felt grateful for his relationship with Mike who was closer.

It had been almost three months, and Devan was like he had been captive with all the man's kind attitude. He does not expect his liking to be reciprocated, at least can feel the comfort of each of their togetherness is enough.

Devan still knows Mike on the surface. He only knows if Mike is a tattooed man who lives his life with freedom. His attitude is good even though Devan does not know what Mike's nightlife will be.

After Devan was forcibly kidnapped by Mike yesterday, the man seemed to drain the contents of his wallet by spending all sorts of Devan's needs. Grabbed some clothes hangers regardless of the protests.

"Don't use my shampoo and soap anymore! The smell is not suitable for you."

The smell of strawberries instantly erupted when Devan poured his body with the viscous liquid. Mike who immediately bought a few bottles for him could no longer refuse, Devan was so fond of the refreshing aroma of the fruit.

His leg, which was achy and sore yesterday, is now better. Mike took him to the spa salon in the mall. Mike took great care of him yesterday.

Tuesday morning took him to school. Meet the friends who immediately intrigued him.

"Dev! You're okay, right? Yesterday it was so bad that you skipped?" Reno asked Devan. The petite man immediately grabbed Fandy's seat and patted him on the shoulder like checking things up. And Devan who got the attention of his friends smiled happily. Although he was a little annoyed, wouldn't Mike allow it yesterday?

"Hehee... Forgot permission, yesterday it was a there are family interests."

"Well done, I think you're being worked on again with Nathan. You see yesterday he suddenly came to our class with an angry face!" said Fandy who was sitting at his desk.

"Ya! We worried about you, yesterday. Want to call you can't, you don't have a cell phone," said Rifky. Devan who heard from them frowned, how could Nathan show an angry face if Devan was always nosy?

"Forget about Nathan! Moreover, if it is more responded to, the devil in Nathan becomes excited, right?!"

"Hahaha... It could be you, Dev!"

"Shit! I wanted to be laughed at, but what if Nathan suddenly showed up and-"

"What the hell, Ren? Don't be afraid for no reason, man! After all, his class was downstairs," Rifky said.

"Oh ya, last week I couldn't come for group work, sorry!"

Their conversation in the morning continued until the bell rang. Listen to explanations of new material under conducive class circumstances.

Seconds continued to run adjusting the sun which began to dim slightly blistering. Devan walked with several stacks of books towards the library on the third floor. Completing the sentence by summarizing some of the material that was left behind yesterday due to his absence.

The pace feels so quiet when the whole corridor is not filled, understandably teaching and learning activities continue.

"Hey!"

Devan who felt called also turned his gaze to the origin of the voice. The figure of the man who looked so sweet also walked slowly towards him.

Devan was a little unsure if the man called out to him, with a look that looked at him sharply and looked unfriendly.

"You're calling me?"

"You think? Is there someone else along the way?!"

Devan who heard the tone was a little astonished. After he responded well, there was even a man who blocked his path and was speaking harshly. Devan would love to leave regardless of the man who was holding it, but his good soul was still bigger.

"Ekhem. Ya, what needs to be?"

"Heh! No, just want to greet the new kid. You're Devan, aren't you?"

Devan just nodded briefly. This man in front of him like he has the same aura as Nathan likes to intimidate.

"Ya. Then I go first, I have a task to complete."  Devan who intended to continue his steps was immediately restrained. The man with the skin that felt so smooth while holding the firm managed to make Devan furious.

"What's wrong?"

"Want to go to the library? But your direction is wrong."

"Really? But I've been there and I still remember the place."

"The new child should be able to hear more about all the information in his school, right? Don't tell me you don't know if yesterday there was an announcement about moving places temporarily because there will be renovations?"

Devan who heard the explanation was a little incredulous. If that's the case, why didn't any of his friends tell him?

"The room is at the very end." The man pointed in the opposite direction to his original goal.

"I'm Bian, as a sign of introduction, let me show you the way!"

And Devan finally followed the path of the man beside him. Walk in a bit of a hurry, because the clock home is about to arrive. Devan doesn't want Mike to wait too long.

"Bian! It's there, huh?"  The man just followed his with a slow nod. Even a thin smile was willingly shown for his new acquaintance.

"Then I'll just go alone. Thank you!"  Devan also slightly ran to the end of the left-wing building. Embrace some books into his arms. Setting a slightly roaring breath, he finally reached the front of the intended place.

"Come on Devan, the spirit of duty!'  Devan's arm sticking out opened the double door handle in front of him. Step with the left foot that precedes. The glimmer of light coming in from behind him displayed a scene that was much different from his shadow.

A room is full of piles of broken benches. The stuffy aroma clogged his smell at the beginning of the room was swept away by the wind. The cobwebs filled the ceiling of the room. This was a warehouse, the man was indeed intent on pranking it.

"Ahh...!"

Before Devan could turn around and step away. His body was instantly plunged due to the push-in his body that was so strong.

Duar

Clerk

"Hey!"  The sound of the key being played made Devan quickly stand up. His arm banged on the old door and occasionally glanced around with a fearful look.

Dagh dagh dagh

"Please! Open the door!"

"Please! Bian...!"

Devan still kept screaming, his throat so dry. The room was so dark and narrow with so many items to make Devan's courage immediately shrink. He couldn't have gone out any other way except the door. All the windows were covered with wood that was glued across.

"Help!" Time passed quickly, his hopes of Mike coming and breaking down the locked door were unlikely, it had been too long.

"Please, help me! Hiks-hiks...!" And again Devan cried sobbing. He sat on the floor with his head hiding between his unhinged legs. He didn't care about some of his books falling scattered, the room was so dark that Devan couldn't see anything.

Citt cittt citt

"Huaa!!!"

Devan immediately stood up and shook his body which had been touched by rats. He was confused half dead, there was no way he would stay the night with a room that many rats. His body even to the point of weakness, his heart from earlier continued to pound quickly, cold sweat soaking his body.

"Please! Help! Please!"

Dagh dagh dag

And Devan also pranced in horror as the sound of the disgusting animal was heard more and more and more. Devan did not give up in the slightest, his arms were still banging on the door with tears and sobbing. He was so afraid of the dark and coupled with the presence of the mouse seemed to complete his suffering.

"Please! Huaaa...!"

Devan who felt the existence of an animal crawling on his arm immediately reminded his steps in panic. He had already reached the fear of the peak level and was plunged with his body falling backward. He cried even more as the fear and pain in his back hit the table.

"Please!" cried Devan as loudly as possible.

Brak

"Are you okay?"

Devan saw a man who turned his back to the light beam with a moving look. His body instantly ran and dropped the body into the arms of the man wearing a black jacket.

"Hiks-hiks... I'm scared, I'm so scared!"
