After that day went to my mom fruit shop to help her sell some,then sell to some customers but I was tied so I decided to take a break and shower so I crossed the the street to my house. I came in to find my younger sister on the couch watching TV "ohh what are you doing" she reluctantly said without fixing her eyes off the TV "hmm isn't it obvious am watching TV or can't you see ahh", I chuckled " hahaaaaha nonsense get up and get a bath you stink" then she quickly looked at me saying "no I don't you are the one that stink ha" then she got up and ran upstairs" hmm' I signed she was a handful of trouble, she was in middle School on her second year.
In our home, my mom owned a fruit shop where she sold other provisions while my grandma help her with it sometimes, she normally spent the whole day knitting sweaters and bags that she sometimes sold in mom's shop.
My dad is a fisherman by the way, he's very good at his job he owns some salesman and some boys who help him in his day to day activities.
Apart from that my dad is an inspiration to my life his words strengthens me to move on even though life may be tough.
And whenever am about to leave the house for the day he always has something inspiration, he is bold strong and fearless he always goes to his fishing destination and returns with lots of fish to sell in mom's shop.
And that's what I can say about my family, my younger sister is handful, her name's Savannah her smile looks more like my mom's, the both of us were best friends we lived together in peace and love, I was always there for her and when I got bullied she was always there to comfort me.
She always chatted with mirex when he came over, both mirex and Savannah would always chat together. I remember clearly when mirex came over to our house for a sleepover, we were up till day break we baked a large cake and made smoothies, which resulted in a huge mess, we ate it all in laughter but how could forget the hard part of it all, we to spent four hours cleaning it all up.
I later went to freshen up then I took my bag with me to my mom's shop. I sat at a bench and opened my books because my finial exams were approaching, I sat there for sometime and studied some topics when mirex came in through the door " hey beef what's Poppin" I signed " what are you doing here now" I wondered what he was doing here, I knew that he would definitely distract me " so I can't come to trouble you today haaa ". He sat down next to me and tried to flip some random books "sigh.. ok I guess you can join me to study". I knew that he wasn't going to study anyway. " what do you take me for look"
"So are you joining me" and she let out a big laughter " hahaaaaha me study, hahaha I thought you knew me by now, but that's not why I came here" I wondered for a second why she came "so why did you come then" then she gave me that intoxicated look "listen I have got this great adventure cooked up and I want you to come along with me" ohh no I knew it she wanted something " no no no listen I have got an exam in few months time and without it I won't get into college so I would advise that you let me be" this time I stood up and started to push her out through the door " listen emmy this is a one in a lifetime opportunity to get to see to totally stupid girls getting exposed" after her statement I got interested "I don't understand, what do you mean" then she beamed with happiness "of course I knew you would come along" now he just dragged me by the hand without even letting me finish.
He held my hand really tight as we ran across the streets, as we ran I found out that we were heading to our school district and I wondered what she could have been doing here.
Once we stopped in front of the building I wanted her explain somethings but she just headed off to the backside of the school so I followed her.
Once we got to the side I stopped her from moving any further " listen rex if you're not going to come clean about the whole thing I might as well leave you to this" then he stopped and looked behind then she told me intently "listen Becky and her friends are really up to something today I forgot earlier but now I over her friends saying that they were planning to destroy a teacher car and.." I wondered how Becky's plans concerned me like I really didn't care about her evil deeds because it didn't bother me at all. Although I didn't really like her and I didn't like the way she got into trouble. I didn't want to involve myself in her drama "I don't care Rex" i wanted to leave, maybe I could go my room and get some peace and quiet. I picked up my bag and attempted to leave but he stopped me. "Let go am not going with you to your silly adventure" am pretty sure that my words would work on him now, and he would forget about his idea to expose Becky and all that. But it was obvious that he wasn't giving up "can't you see this is a great idea, if we are able to get camera footage of her smashing a teacher car we can use it to our advantage huh" what did he take me for, did he really think that I was going to support him in his blackmail. I couldn't help but wonder what would happen if we got into trouble. "No Rex am not going with you am not interested in this idea of yours" then I pealed my arm from his gasp and headed for the door. " No Emmie don't do this please, I promise we get a footage they could even stop bullying you" and I halted I didn't want it to get to this but it seems like I had no choice I had to do something now. At least it would be their punishment for treating me like trash for something I had no control over. Well I guess that it wasn't too hard to blackmail Becky even if it was for a little while. " Okay ok I agree with your plans". I instantly blurted out, I couldn't help but wonder if I didn't carry out this plan Becky would get away with her deeds which I didn't really want, I kinda wanted her to feel some pain and I was going to give it to her. I could see how Rex was jumping for joy, I could only sign "ohh my God Emmie you don't know how happy you have made me now, let's go right now" he swiftly grabbed my arm and we went out through the door.
On our way there Rex was in front of me walking as calm as possible but I was a pile of ashes over here. I couldn't help but feel anxious, i didn't know what to expect from all this. We were heading towards our schools backyard. Rex walked slowly getting behind some bushes "what are you doing" the school was quite an I couldn't hear a single sound and Rex was acting rather calm like he knew what he was going to expect. He said that he had overheard Becky's friends talking about their plan to deal with a teacher who had given them detention. "Well Emmie I think that they would be here any time soon so we need to hide behind these bushes so as to..." He was interrupted when we started to hear footsteps coming from afar. It was Becky and she was heading towards a black car with a baseball bat in her hand. Her friends were following her with their own weapons. These girls were really something. I couldn't believe that they would actually carry out these silly plan just because they had gotten detention and to think that they were these serious with this.
Rex immediately brought out his phone and began filming them. They got nearer to the car and began smashing the window screens and the side mirrors. While another girl took a really sharp tool and used it to poke holes in the tires,and it was well the cars alarm turned on that they stopped the noise was really loud. I got really sacred now what if someone sees us and calls the corps. And after they were done, Becky motioned for her to stop and I could i hear her voice " it's okay let's go girls, now let's see what me Johnson has to do now".
And when they had gone I was really shocked to death, but Rex had a really happy grin on his face apparently he was happy about all this "mirex you think it's funny right huh these girls are in real trouble if we were to expose this footage" .And to think that we would also get in trouble if the school authority asks why we did stop then rather we filmed it . He was just smiling before but now he was laughing out loud "listen that's not my problem, and besides am not going to expose this it just for the blackmail" then he began to walk away. Signing I stood up from my spot and walked towards him. He was really good at this blackmailing stuff and I wondered whether he had blackmailed someone before. Since I met him he was always interested in helping me every time with these bullies and it really got me thinking about why he always wanted to assist me with everything. Even in with school work he was regarded as really smart and top of the class. He earned nothing less than an A in every subject. He would even tutor me in many subjects and homework. Everyone in school was really jealous of our close friendship. Thinking about that I couldn't really thank him enough. Even with the way he selflessly assisted my family with different stuff. But he was super clingy and annoying even though he was like the brother I never had.
We finally got in front of my house and we halted. I looked at him trying to read what was on his mind and it seemed like he had a lot going on there "so tomorrow after school I will call Becky over to the top of the building so we can have a chat, and would probably think that I want to ask her out or something else" I was listening so the blackmailing plan was in commerce and I couldn't help but think of Becky's shocked face when she realizes that we had seen her act. she would be totally shocked but I had one question on my mind "so emm Rex what are going to ask for, like you know if she wants us not to expose her" and yeah I guessed it he didn't even know what to ask for at all "ohh I never thought of that at, maybe I can ask her to stop bullying you" yeah that was a great idea finally I could live my full potential without Becky on my neck from time to time " but no that's too simple, she needs to suffer" wait he wanted her to suffer, well who wouldn't she was mean to everyone even her friends and most people in school didn't like her at all so that could be understandable but I couldn't bring myself to increase her punishment or blackmail because I knew that it could backfire but I had a better idea. I looked over at Rex and he was in deep thought probably thinking of how to blackmail Becky the more "I think we should tell her to carry out some good deed, especially for those whom she hurt". Yeah that was it a great idea she would really crack at the thought of an apology. If she is so arrogant and rude she would find it extremely hard to apologise for her mistakes "you're right that's a really good idea, supposedly she would freak out". Becky came from a rich family. She had everything that every teenage girl had wanted. Although she had all those things she was really proud and arrogant, even with her friends she bossed them around. Telling them to do silly things that would get them in trouble. I noticed all these when we were close.
Anna a girl who had been naive and ignorant. She had fallen into one of Becky's traps once. A quiz was coming up apparently and that quiz would determine someone's grade. So Becky made the girl sneak up to the principal's office to pick up the answers for Becky and was caught.
And when she was interugated, she told about Becky's involvement with it, while trying to defend herself. And as expected Becky denied ever having anything to do with it. And so therefore Anna was expelled.
