A Werewolf 148
Ruth walked quickly to Gretta's room, her facial expression looking uneasy and hurried. Knocking on the door once, she went straight into Gretta's room to meet her.
"I apologize for my rudeness this early in the morning, Your Highness. I have something important to tell you as soon as possible," Ruth said.
Gretta, who had just risen from her bed, looked at Ruth standing at the door. "What is it, Ruth?" she asked with a puzzled face. In the early hours of the morning when Ruth came in such a hurry, what could have made her do that?
"Mrs. Ilella, Your Majesty."
"What's wrong with Mrs. Ilella?" asked Gretta frowning.
"Mrs. Ilella passed away. This morning when the servants visited her as usual, she was already lifeless on her bed," Ruth explained.
Gretta widened her eyes in shock. As if struck by lightning in the early morning, Gretta's chest stopped for a moment at the information brought by Ruth.
