Poppy's Pov
The accident made me realize that I was that close to losing him. And I also came to realize I needed to confess my feelings. But after everything that happened with lucy and Liam, if this went badly, then I'd lost another friend. I was more scared of that than any rejection.
"Hey," Sarah squeezed my shoulder. Is everything okay? You've got that look on your face.
"What look?"
The one where you have that faraway look and you bit your lips whenever you are seriously thinking about something. What's going on?"
"Nothing."
Before I knew it, she was tickling me. I started laughing so hard my sides hurt. I tried getting away from her but it didn't work.
"Stop! Sarah stop!" I laughed, but she still continued.
"Will you tell me?" she asked smirking.
"No!" I had started losing air supply.
"Then I'm going to continue." After a few seconds, I couldn't take it anymore.
