Ariel got up from the bed in a hurry, her face briming with excitement. It was finally the end of Adrian and Y. K's suspension, not that she cared about Adrian being released from suspension but that means she would finally get to see Y. K after a week of not being able to see him.
Her phone was still seized by her mother but she had begged her sister for hers and tried to call him but his number was not reachable. She even tried texting him but he didn't reply and that made her worried.
She took her bathe, changed her clothes and rushed down to leave the house trying not to run into mother.
"Where are you rushing to? Won't you eat breakfast?" Patricia said, watching her in the kitchen.
"Mom I need to be in school now, we have some project to do," She lied.
"Project?" Her mother asked, glancing at her suspiciously.
"Yes."
"Okay, if you say so. You can go."
