"I wonder why they insist on turning to the Elf Forest..."
Cecilia's mumble attracted Ethan's attention. The man turned to her and smiled. "Well, why do you think they used to live around Spinel Mountain?"
Ethan's question made Cecilia blink in confusion. "Why?"
"Because they wanted to stay near their hunting ground," Ethan answered. He smirked as he enjoyed Celine's dumb face. Of course, the Celine he remembered was clever and would never make that face.
But, he liked this Celine more. She became easier to read and easier to manipulate. Just as he thought, dumber women were better.
The downside was that this Celine didn't know when to stop. And she didn't have to stop. He would follow her everywhere and make her entirely his.
"Now, let them feed. We should go straight to Almandine tomorrow, following the second wyvern army we sent there," Ethan said as they watched the Alpha Wyverns burn the great forest with their red fire breath.
