I storm out of my house to find Sassu, intent on finding out the truth, intent on knowing if what was said to Nicole was true. Instead of my Human form, my beast is out and raging. I'm relieved Nicole isn't here to see, mainly because I'm not sure if I'd be able to keep myself from hurting her.
I find Ritroq, a Roc, and climb on, hissing in Uithcoth to find the Seer. Ritroq isn't as fast as Edna, but I've been using Edna to see to the different domains of my world, so I let her rest. Ritroq will do for what I need for now.
I keep my phone in the saddle bag, volume turned up in case Nicole calls. I don't want to miss anything she has to say.
