"That doesn't sound like too much of a trial though, at least not with how you are all describing it... however, hearing that the space you were in was that vast is quite fascinating and worrying in equal measure."
Food and tea - hot water with a slight herbal flavor that loosely resembled tea - helped get them all relaxed and ready to speak, and it didn't take long to learn that a majority of the time spent inside of that trial had been devoted to just hunting down this one monster while also avoiding the wide net of some occupying force.
Hearing that there were actually people inside of those trials opened up a whole other realm of questions that could potentially alter the way I viewed reality as I knew it, so instead I just focused more on the facts, which still involved those people...
