Mako halted abruptly as he jolted, catching a figure lying next to him. Currently, they were in the villa's garage. Thanks to Lizz, who fed them strong sleeping pills and threw them in there, their entire body felt sore after sleeping on the concrete floor.
"You too?" he gasped in surprise, watching Adam shift his eyes to him. "Want to kill her?"
"How come you are called a team when you can easily think of murdering your teammate?" Adam languidly set his eyes back on the ceiling, not moving a muscle aside from his eyes. "Whatever she fed me, I'm sure it's ten times stronger than yours. I can't feel my entire body."
"Hah." Mako let out a scoff, wincing as he tried moving his legs. They went numb. "Just how long was I unconscious? Damn — ah… I'll really let her off this time."
