He was crushed with anger and jealousy. His jaw was clenching with the cracking bones of his fist. The air suddenly felt sparser, heart was about to burst out from the suffocation of his emotion.
With his dagger eyes, he looked towards the gate as he heard Rocco and Rexana laughing on their way in.
He stood up with heavy steps, sternly staring at where the voices came from.
Both Rexana and Rocco were carrying the kayak while laughing about what had happened to them.
"Well, that's the most awkward thing that happened to me," she chuckled again.
"I know right, that's so awkward," Rocco replied.
They both stopped laughing as they noticed Daerin staring at both of them and he wasn't looking so happy at all.
Rexana was so excited seeing Daerin, she abruptly let go of what she was holding and ran towards him to hug him.
