Everyone in the village had some problems, some manifested parts of their body as animals, others had hunger, some looked more human than vampire, Rain and Payne walked round the village finding out the cases similar to theirs, they got to a hut and there was a woman there, Rain said she knew the woman, she walked up to her and asked a question.
"sorry to barge into your house, but I'm sure I know you, when we were guarding the village I've noticed you, but you don't look like you, your form now you're much younger and not only that you look human, was this after the ritual?"
The woman looked at Rain and said, "yes, the ritual worked, you see our kind are very responsive to the names we were given, but this is the First time something like this has happened, I've never heard of this till this day."
The woman offered them a seat and then turn to them and continued speaking. " there was a time when the first of our kind, was a mixture of species, the King of vampires then, ALUCARD, he was blessed with the vampires Holo, so part of the ability he had was creation of new race, there were three main race's I could remember, Ghouls, who had brute strength and a very special ability unique only to them, Strigols who had the ability to transform into animals that they were linked with, Dhamphir who were the result of mating between a vampire and a human, these were the strongest in the vampire world, but long after alucards death, those breeds became extinct and because of the curse of the nobleman they could not be remade, it's been a millennium since they were seen of and for the first time I think they have been reborn, we have been reborn all thanks to the Adreal."
Rain was so intrigued by the legend she asked the woman a question, "you said ALUCARD had the Holo of vampires, but I thought vampires didn't get a Holo."
The woman smiled to Rain and told her that a Holo first is only achieved when a person has more than 30 persons life source connected to theirs, showing that his people are willing to lay their life for him and it also mean he's worthy of protecting them because if a fatal blow is dealt to him he could loose anyone or everyone who is connected to him, she then said to her, "at the point when the life source is being connected and the holo has been achieved, a new power comes with it, a power so ancient not many have attained, the Haki, that power commands and bends all of reality, as at when I remembered there were only 7 people with the gift, they were called the 7 Holo lords, most of them were leaders of empires, they were like guardians of the world, they eliminated threats and restored order to the world."
Payne walked up to the woman and asked her which race he was, the woman smile and looked into his eyes and told he was a Ghoul, "from the looks of it, with the way your build is and you're no longer pale and cold like we use to be, you should be a Ghoul."
Rain said she didn't need an explanation, she said from the words of the woman she got the fact that she was a Strigol, the woman asked her if she had manifested any animal trait, she told the woman about her incident where she grew out wings from her back, the woman smiled and told them she was a Dhamphir which explained why she looked younger and more human. While they were still talking, someone cane to them and told them that lugh was awake and that he called for them, they got up and ran for him. They told him about the changes that occurred in the village, he walked out and smiled saying he was happy he could help.
Lugh told the villagers they were leaving, they tried stopping him but he told them it was for the better, immediately they left, before getting to the entrance they were faced with another problem, lugh could smell the noblemen from afar, even if they ran the noblemen would want to end the new race of vampires, they decided to stay and fight, lugh looked to Payne and asked how many people, Payne turned to him and signified with three fingers so not to cause tension among the villagers.
Lugh ordered that each person go in a separate direction taking them on one at a time, Payne went left, Rain went right and lugh went straight on, they didn't move in further and then their opponents were shown, Payne was faced with the fourth pillars Supreme and Rain with the fifth, while lugh was faced head on with the problem he tried averting once and for all, Saga, the only man in Elemencia to have tapped into the power of gods, lugh felt down, but he told his comrades one thing, before they left he told them that if they felt they couldn't face the trouble, they should try lead it away from the village.
The first to meet with his opponent was Payne, he rushed with intentions to finish up and help Rain so they would finish and help out lugh, Payne already activated limitless, but unlike the other this stage limitless multiplies his ability by 5 so he can turn it off and on, he was ready to take on his opponent until he spoke.
"Shirakawa Payne, well isn't this a must view scene?, I'm about to enjoy this attack on the vessel."
Payne was shocked how the man recognised him, he knew that the chase on lugh could draw more attention but he never knew the information's about him would be accurate, he rushed at the man with a twin straight jab, the nobleman evades all with ease, Payne couldn't help but wonder how the man knew him, lost in thought the nobleman hit Payne with an uppercut pushing him off-balance, Payne tried to get up then the man said another word.
"Son of Karin Shirakawa, your mother's death was meant to be, she meddled with humans and she paid the price, look at you, you're but a beast, an unidentified individual, that was why I should have killed you when I killed your mother, the mistakes I made then I shall correct now."
Payne felt intense grief at that moment he knew nothing at all only rage, he had finally found the one who killed his mother, he remembered how he thought of avenging her, he clenched his teeth and then something like a dark Aura could be seen coming off of him, he went for the Nobleman's face again and this time he didn't miss, he hit so hard the Nobleman flew landing back first, the Nobleman got up and said one thing to him.
"Entertain me well boy."
