The sunrays peeked through Louisa's room, her fragile figure lay peacefully on the small beautiful bed decorated with a pink mattress, it is 8:15am and she is still on the bed sleeping, yesterday she slept late because she was engrossed in thinking about her life and the next move to take when she dozed off.
Wakey wakey rise and shine...Michael barged into the room to disturb her from her peaceful sleep. He jumped on her soft bed and started tickling her; wake up sis, why are you still sleeping at this time
Stop it Michael, it tickles she muttered lazily still on the bed.
Come on sis; do you not have anywhere to go today? How about job-hunting
She sat up properly so she could see him properly,
Look Michael, I will go on a job hunt today just that since the hunting so far has been futile, I feel discouraged.
Awwww sis, look at me... Louisa peered deep into his eyes, there is this inner peace she feels each time she talks to her brother and most importantly the solace the finds in his eyes. Michael continued
Sis the fact that your past job hunt has been fruitless doesn't mean that this one will be the same, anything you decide to do, just know that I and mum got your back okay, even though you decide to settle for less, I will always be in your corner rooting and hyping you, trust me. Just be optimistic and you will see how God will pave ways for you.
She felt touched by his kind words and it reflected on her face, she raised her hands up to his cheeks and gently caressed it with her signature smile spread across her face
