Cillian turned on the bedside lamp and sat up. He slept so much today that now he can't sleep. Cillian checked Bloom and stood up. He tapped three times on his bracelet.
Lucas, who was just finishing his work, felt his bracelet vibrate. He smiled and selected yes. As soon as he did, Cillian appeared in his home office.
Lucas opened his arms and Cillian walked to him. He sat on his lap, and Lucas hugged him tightly.
Cillian leaned his head on his chest and relaxed. He always feels better when he is in his arms. His pheromones calm him.
Lucas caressed his back and asked:
"Why are you awake?"
Cillian answered:
"I fell asleep twice today, and now I can't sleep."
"Didn't you sleep last night?"
Cillian pulled back and met his eyes.
"I did. I have an anxiety disorder, and I'm depressive. There are days when I feel down, it makes me sleepy. Today is one of those days."
Lucas asked:
"Do you have medication?"
