Cillian looked up when Luoyang said:
"If we keep letting the Min kingdom get away with those kinds of things, it'll only escalate until the whole world sees us as a weakling."
Cillian asked:
"Do you have proof of what you say, great general?"
Luoyang looked at Cillian and answered:
"I have the words of locals from the village."
Cillian said:
"It's hearsay, does the general truly listen to every gossip he hears?"
All the ministers felt surprised to hear Cillian speak, the great general speaks about horrible acts committed by Min's villagers, but he never says anything.
Luoyang said with cold eyes:
"It isn't gossip, or I wouldn't have brought it to the emperor's attention. I understand that it is a sensitive subject since it's your motherland. Furthermore, everyone knows how sensitive gers are."
Cillian smiled and said:
"Do you have proof besides the words of those locals general?"
