Cillian woke up in a foul mood. He's been at the imperial palace for more than a week already and he still hasn't made progress with Gege. He never seduced anyone but he knows that he is good at it.
He learned a lot in the previous word and ironically from Gege too. But Esdras barely acknowledges him, he only speaks when he has to. He has another way he didn't want to use but he leaves him no choice.
The only reason he hasn't lost it yet is that he knows Esdras hasn't been intimate with anyone since he's been here. It makes sense they have guests and the emperor might invite his concubines to feast and hunt or a ball but not to spend the night.
He's going to get rid of them one by one but first, he'll make Esdras wish he never ignored him in the first place. After a lifetime he knows Gege by heart and he knows full well what to not do to make him jealous.
