Meng felt her head spinning and closed her eyes. You have to take the antidote five hours after ingesting the poison, but the problem is she drank five glasses. That means it will act faster. She needs to pour the powder into a glass of water and drink it.
Meng opened his eyes and tried to focus. She's been here more than an hour already. Her vision was blurry and her stomach ached.
She took a deep breath and looked at Cillian.
"Your Highness, do you mind if I leave early? I don't feel well."
Cillian looked at her.
"No."
Meng said:
"But you're highness, you said you would let me leave early if I had to."
Because of her desperation, Meng spoke louder and everyone looked at her.
Cillian simply said:
