Chapter 3 - Getting a second wind * Short film: Education * Author: Morn kunthea

* In the store of natural sweets and bakery jams, the jams of which are brought from the owner's orchard. The sweet bread jam store is made of stone pot because the owner with a tiny group of people living in the forest. The young girl, who owns a sweet bread jam store, picks up an old cracked stone pot from a village trash can. The tiny people who live in the forest often pick up things that people throw away and turn into various items to use in their daily lives. As if she would take a cracked stone pot and fix it with clay and paint a different color on the pot. the color she used to extract the boiled water from the flower petals. She then turned the pot into a beautiful bakery, and if only it had been open for a few weeks.

* Today is a day when there are not as many customers as yesterday. Day by day, the girl's clientele diminished. She didn't know the problem from where. The grandmother of the village chief, the girl's daily customer. She kindly told the girl that the girl's bread and apple jam were so delicious. But with only apple jam and orange jam, customers don't have much choice when to order. What a course that made customers go to another bread store to find a new taste. For example, the corn pastry shop at the corner of the road in the village which produces corn in several kinds of bread and also produces corn powder. The girl listens to the village grandmother thinking about the weak spots in her store, that she has to find something new so that her customers can choose and keep the original quality. The girl gave her some apple pie jams as a thank you to village's grandmother. and she's not taking the money village's grandmother ordered her today. the girl told the village grandmother that she would close the bakery for a while to find a new jam to add to her list of bakeries.

* The rooster crowed early in the morning, causing the girl to prepare to leave her store to visit her relative's house across the river in her village. Because her relative's house is a library for the tiny group of people. The library has books copied from the original human library rules, rewritten in booklets and with small letters that people like her can read. Arriving at the river bank, there are cup boats and they tie itself with wooden roots. the cup boats for the tiny people to go to other villages. When the girl was rowing the boat for a bit towards from the river bank, a grandfather frog appeared, jumping over her boat to ripe on the fallen leaves floating in the river. "He asked her where she was going. ": The girl replied she go to visit her relative's house. Then they continued to talk about another topic. The girl took a break from rowing because she did not have enough energy to continue rowing. And her boat had just drifted a bit from the old place. She took a deep breath and said it was probably midnight that she could arrive at her relative's house. Plus, she hasn't had breakfast yet. She also took the food from her basket that she had prepared for the street. She took the baked bread, put orange jams on it, and asked Grandpa Frog "if he would like to try eating her baked bread." He nodded and accepted the bread. he smiled and praised the girl's bread so delicious. The girl smiled back at him. After having breakfast, the frog grandfather said he was going to help the girl, that he would swim the boat behind and push it. therefore the boat will arrive at the other village before noon. The girl thanked Grandpa Frog and sang for him until she fell asleep. The frog grandpa no longer heard the girl sing, he looked at the cup, smiled and took the fallen leaves to cover the cup from the boat to protect the sun shining on the girl and he continued to swim to push the cup forward.

* When the girl arrived at destination , she thanked Grandpa Frog and gave all the food in baskets to Grandpa Frog to thank him. They said goodbye and Grandpa Frog promised to be a customer at her store in the future. After telling the story to her relatives, the girl's aunt let the girl rest near her daughter's room. Before bed, the girl went upstairs to the library and picked up a book that described the method of making bread, cakes, jams and other sweets candy to read. she wrote the important point in her notebook and she considered trying to test make the jams tomorrow ". After the girl bought the village ingredients and fruits, she tried making mango, papaya, banana and pumpkin jams in her relative's kitchen. But she did not succeed, with all the bitter and sour tasting jams. The girl sat by the kitchen door with a desperate face, then her aunt stood behind the girl and gently lifted her onto her back to encourage her. "All we respect is not always getting everything we want," her aunts said. "But if it works that we have loved and love to do, even if it fails repeatedly and we keep trying, it will be successful with our patience and persistence. "After listening to her aunt's advice. The girl shook her aunt's hand and smiled gratefully, saying, "I'm getting a second wind. "Then she walks into the kitchen and continues to mix the ingredients. She did it until the middle of the night. in the end she succeeds and can make sweet and delicious jams. she was so happy with her results. then she held a plate of fruit jams and danced in the outer courtyard next to the kitchen under the moonlight alone. The girl wrapped the jams from bottles and handed them to some of her aunts before going home. Back home, she started planting mangoes, papayas, bananas, pumpkins, etc. in her orchard. It is a small type of crop that is created from the fruit of human crop. And she took the remaining ingredients and bought more fruit for supply for a while, waiting for her crops to bear fruit. After opening a bakery with lots of new sweet fruit jams in her bakery lists, her store has lots of customers and sells out every day. The village chief's grandmother bought her bread and helped sponsor her to produce powdered bread. The frog grandpa came as promised and always bought a lot of jams in her shop for his children. Due to strong sales and too busy she wrote advertised jobs to find staff.
