Three months later and Adelard was well-verse of everything there were to know about the place he transmigrated. He obtained a place of his own after he exchanged his gold coins into the place called banks. It was a two-storey mansion which according to the realtor was properly maintained by the agency since 1801.
Adelard was never interested who was the previous owner of it but he had to listen to all of the history of the mansion carefully since he was in the state of learning. There were many expensive antiques and furnitures left behind there which could cost a fortune.
Adelard asked the agent if the things in there cost a fortune, why the agency didn't acquire it themselves.
"Oh, it was part of the owner and the agency contract to keep everything inside intact for the next owner. We want to honor it. If you suspect for the authenticity of the thing in the mansion, I can refer you to someone who can appraise the properties here."Said the realtor.
