"I am quite curious though." Cataleya placed down her empty cup at the table. "Do you only transform under a full moon or you can do that at will?"
"Good question." He leaned over his back on the couch, stared at her squarely. "Make a guess."
"Uhm, maybe?"
"That's not really an answer." He said.
"I don't know. I'm no expert of your kind." She shrugged her shoulders. "Lucky for me to be alive after meeting that black werewolf at the forest. How many have really survived upon meeting that beast?"
"Not many."
"I thought so." She said, then remembering the words of her father. "Father bid me to tell you that they can't join us for the dinner."
"I know. We encountered them at the road on our way back here."
"Did he tell you why?"
"Not really. Just some urgent matter at the Briston estate." He said. "You look worried."
