Leigh quickly took her steps forward her anger increasing than before. With her evil eyes, she quickly grabbed a glass of water which was ontop of the table walking towards them. Alin's body immediately shrinked in the hands of Benzyl even though her eyes were closed.
' Don't you dare? Benzyl warned the moment she stepped Infront of him.
' What the fuck are you doing? She's a maid not your girlfriend? She fumed in anger staring at him.
' So what if she's not.'
' Ben! Don't act so ridiculously Infront of me while holding that tiny asshole. Put her down, now? She commanded her angry voice echoing inside the mansion.'
' Young woman, you've just arrived. It's late and you're causing other people not to sleep. Would you please excuse me.' Benzyl said walking upstairs but she dragged him backwards almost falling down.'
' Are you insane woman? He quickly asked his dare devil eyes giving her a hard warning.'
' What! I said put that thing you're holding down. Am the one who is supposed to be in your arms, not her.'
' Humph! Okay, here she is, are you satisfied?' he quickly put Alin down his hands holding on her tiny waist rightly even though it pained Alin that this man was still following Leigh's orders.'
' Don't touch her, she's a begger and a witch who wants to capture your mind forever, take her away.' she still shouted now taking Alin's hand pushing her away from his tight arms.'
' Leave me, ouch! You're hurting my wrist.' Alin cried.
' Next time, don't you ever play such a silly game in my eyes, I'll finish you.' she warned slamming her body on the floor. You're just a maid nothing more.'
' Now listen to me, l don't want to see you around her or else I'll finish her and even you monkeys that are staring at me, l don't want to see anyone around her. She's just a maid like the others.' she threatened staring at each one of them not giving them a chance to blink especially Bean who went dumb as soon as her deadly voice echoed inside his ears. After blubbering so many things, everyone left leaving Alin still grounded on the floor. Though tears showed inside her eye balls, what she could do was to swallow the burning lump hoping that this will end after getting what she wants.
' Am not a cry baby, l won't cry, l swear. I won't drop even a little. After l get what brought me here, I'll leave your stupid man for you. I won't engage myself between you two now, starting from now on. Am a maid like the others, nothing more. I won't cry, never.' She convinced herself even though deep down she was wounding. Time passed but she was still sobbing from inside with so many questions running from her head on the same spot that she was left on, As soon as it reached two o'clock, sleep took over her without any resistance and she found herself sleeping, on the cold floor without even something to cover herself.
That day, the sun rose more early than ever before, but she was quick to wake up before the others even though sleep was still seen from her eyes. She did her manual work and as other maids arrives, they continue to help each other with the remaining work. Their good day obviously was ruined when they heard Leigh's scary voice upstairs. After a minute of debating on who to go and check what she was calling for, a maid by the name Anna had to take the risk. She dodged out but after some seconds, she came back running. She took a quick steps from inside then stared at Alin sadly.
' She said she wants you. Inless a minute.' she muttered slowly staring at her.'
' I knew it. Anyway I'll have to get used to her, if not l might die cause of stroke, Haahh! She said forcing out a laugh walking away.' Alin, you're dead today. You've found an arrogant woman like you, NO escape.' she murmured from inside walking upstairs.
' I pity her. She's knew but ever since Madam came back, the world has been so unfair to her. She can't even smile like she used to the first time she was brought here by big boss.' Mercy said. She's the one incharge of the house.'
' Anyway, you don't know what had caused for Madam to hate her so much. You might be thinking that Mrs Leigh is the one who is bad, until you realize, you're wrong. I don't trust her. Mrs Leigh is the one l trust.' Cassandra the mouthy one spoke this time not minding her words.'
' Shut up, next time if you say such silly words, I'll report it to big boss. Don't forget he's the one owning the mansion and not her. Now get back to work, now.' Nanny Ella spoke strickly, her words repeating in their ears. She knew that if she can't stop these, they'll end up with a quarrel.

' Where have you been? Didn't you hear my voice? Leigh quickly asked moving towards Alin. She was standing at the frame of the door her head down.'
' Am sorry Miss. I thought that you were calling for someone else.'
' Are you not that someone else? Or who are you? She questioned.'
' Am Alin, Maa.' The moment those words slipped from her tongue, a hot slap landed on her cheeks as it turns red immediately, her eyes eyeing her closely.
' Idiot. Am not your mother. Now take this glass and fill it with water downstairs. Now.'
' Water? Isn't it there, inside that glass jar? She quickly asked pointing her finger towards the glass jar full of water as she struggles with her tears not to fall.
' I said l need water. Fresh water. I don't want glass jar water. Are you hearing. I want fresh water like me, moron. Don't be rude to me while you know l can kick you out any minuet. So do as l say.
' Yes Madam....' she muttered stepping inside but she stopped her with her long finger, not even daring to touch her body.'
' You stink. Wait there, you can't enter my room with your filthy legs.'
As soon as she brought the glass for her, before Alin could get hold of it, she let it go and dropped on Alin's toe. She whined in pain jumping up immediately her warning eyes glaring at Leigh who was laughing in a mockery way. The glass felled down as the tiny pieces of the glass scutter on the floor. She quickly bend down and picked the glass without a word as blood start coming out from her already cut wound. She hasn't realized that the pieces too had cut her fingers and as she was walking down stairs, blood drops were left on the floor without her notice.'
' You witch, you'll know am more stubborn than you. Just wait.' she muttered frowning.' This pain is nothing than l had been through.
