Eloise's POV:
Atticus looked up at me helplessly.
Looking at his attitude, I suddenly decided there was no need for me to say more.
But if he didn't say it now, there might not be any better opportunities left.
I'd never looked forward to the moment when he'd be away from me more than now.
"Actually, it's more like you have something to say to me now," Atticus suddenly said.
Even though his breathing was uneven, he was still as annoying as before.
"You should have rejected me. Or rather, we should reject each other." I sighed.
If I could completely free myself from him, my life would be much easier. However, that kind of life seemed to be a luxury now.
"Otherwise, it'll have too much of an impact."
Atticus looked at me as if he didn't understand why I was thinking this way.
"You know that this process will damage your body to a great extent, right?"
