Eloise's POV:
Chasel and I didn't have anything to discuss, so we returned to our residences. Chasel insisted on sending me to the entrance of the hotel.
I was about to say goodbye to him and return to my room. However, he seemed to have more to say.
"What is it?" I asked him curiously.
"Is it really okay for that person to run away?" Chasel was very worried.
"We don't have deep feelings, so you don't have to worry. I'll explain it to him," I continued to comfort him.
"I don't have that kind of relationship with him... You know that."
"Oh, really? However, you look flustered," my wolf said in a strange tone.
"That's because he paid for the trip," I awkwardly replied, making me stand in place for a few seconds. By the time I realized it, Chasel had already started the car.
"I know you must be exhausted. Rest early." His voice came from the distance.
I turned around and quickly entered the main hall.
