Eloise's POV:
I'd arranged to meet Chasel at a restaurant overlooking the sea. There, he would give me everything he should give me. When I arrived, he seemed to have been waiting for a long time.
I smiled apologetically and sat opposite him.
He did look different from before.
"You look very surprised." He looked at me.
"But don't worry, I'm still me. I'm no different from what you saw before."
"Yeah, this looks like it suits you." I looked at the clothes he wore.
The detective's clothes made him look too serious, but he looked just right now.
I suddenly remembered that the last time I saw him, he was sitting in the police car eating takeaway. If it weren't for his colleagues calling his name, I wouldn't even have had the chance to get to know him.
Moreover, he didn't trust me then. He only greeted me because of my identity.
