It's been four years since I've started my path of mysticism and two years since the last time I've had enough time to narrate about my life. And oh boy has thing exploded from there. Tony had discovered a new element and new arc reactor patent, the avengers had formed and saved New York from an alien invasion and I've requested my release form Kamar-Taj to start my journeyman trial in the real world to become a master just like during the old ways.
It wasn't hard to pick where the next step of my journey would be. The Americas is full of opportunities for me to grow as a sorcerer. The difficult part was trying to cut off the students and masters that became a part of my extended family. In order to help me blend in more as a regular civilian instead of a walking muscle monster in human skin I've created a new relic of my own. It's called the necklace of misdirection and it's a plain matt silver ring that I wear on my right hand. It allows me to morph my body and face into anyone I want but I must have the skill to do the detailing myself.
Anyways it's been about 3 months since I've begun my journeyman trail in the United States. I've been living in a small one bedroom apartment by myself. I've forge some paperwork and applications over the internet to get myself this room. It's small, inconspicuous and in an area that's busy enough for people to not notice there's a child living by himself. Plus I could pretend to be an adult when I need to but I usually like playing as my heavier chubbier self. It's not hard to move like a heavier child either, all I need to do is increase my weight and gravity training to match the movements of kids my size. Oh and one more thing I've started middle school too.
Last week I got transferred into Midtown Middle school in which I hope to be close to Peter when he gets bitten by the radioactive spider. It's been pretty good so far I think. I'm not quite used to having so much body mass that I have to me mindfully about but it's pretty fun to actually be around kids my age. Although sometimes it does get kind of boring because they're still kids and can't really have any of the deep conversations I would have with my fellow sorcerers.
Peter is pretty fun though. Even at a young age his brain is already doing more than what your average college professor could ever think of. I can see why Tony saw so much of himself in Peter. Not that I wish to take his place or anything, my aim is set on higher things than just the god of technology himself. I don't know if the Ned if his universe exist or not but I can see why he and Peter get along really well. I really can't wait to see how what the future will holds if the spiderman of this world had someone his age give him some helpful advice.
But man it is a pretty boring for a majority of the time because all these lessons that are being taught to the class nothing to me. It's like getting spoon fed information that's been rehashed to fit a child one bite at a time. Please someone take me back to the library of Kamar-Taj. At least then I'll learn something useful and interesting instead of learning that the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. It's a good thing I've learned how to astro project and study higher outside of my body otherwise I would lose all the brain cells I've cultivated to hard over the years.
