Smoke Pac and his gang skilfully escaped the train without making the CCPD aware of their existence. They slipped out through a large gap at the front of the train and blended in with the crowds of people who were running away from the scene. Once they were at a safe distance, they regrouped at a secluded location in the abandoned industrial district.
This location was a warehouse that was hidden behind a maze of shipping containers. It was a place where the other members of Smoke Pac's gang, who operated the garbage trucks, were waiting for them.
Armstrong and David were pacing back and forth anxiously. Sometime later, they noticed the arrival of their leader followed by Himeko and the others. They were relieved that they made it to the rendezvous point; also they were curious about something.
