Using Gambler's Luck, Smoke Pac selected Razi as the target for success. He did this after he changed his mind about killing her. Now that she was his slave, he figured that he didn't need to own Big Red's assets directly. So he decided to help her claim what was rightly hers, to begin with.
During the last dice roll, Gambler's Luck initiated a turnover in the dice after Razi and Bensen had voiced their choices. This was how she ended up becoming the winner of the game.
