Mu Yuehan came out from the frozen state after a full five minutes. He placed his fingers on his cheek which was still wet because of her kiss. A small smile appeared on his lips. "Is it true?"
He then banged on the apartment door of Nian Tian. "Hey, can you repeat it? I think I heard wrong." There were clear surprise and excitement in his voice.
Nian Tian was leaning against the door and smiling brightly. She had not smiled like this for god knew how long. Her heart was fluttering fast and her knees were like jelly. Her breathing was ragged and her eyes were filled with pure bliss.
"You did not hear wrong. I accept you." She whispered, still Mu Yuehan heard her, and the next second, she heard his loud hoot of excitement.
He jumped and threw a fist in the air in victory. It was a big success for him. A very big success!
