Chapter 5 - Escaping certain death 1/2

Penny, who still couldn't believe the state she was in sighed and looked at Aleph with some embarrassment.

"You're going to have to answer a lot of questions for me because it's so much information that I just don't know how to process it.

My life was normal until a few moments ago and now you are telling me that I am in a truly dangerous place.

But not only that, but we are also united in a kind of marriage when I only wanted a guardian..."

Aleph interrupted Penny with a kiss. "Don't worry about any of that. Right now, just take a deep breath and calmly look at the book you have in your hands.

Somewhere there should be some spell or ritual to create a teleportation matrix. It shouldn't be difficult to find the page.

Unfortunately, I can't review the book because it has its own conscience, so it will be completely up to you to find the information."

Penny, who was in a rather confused state shook her head at her and decided to start reading the book as she somehow knew that time was running out.

Opening the summoning book that she had in her hands, she began to read as she ignored everything around her. As she read, she could see a lot of spells and rituals that were not before her.

This confused her quite a bit as it was as if the book had been updated in such an abrupt way, however she could feel great security because of Aleph.

Although she didn't understand exactly what had happened, if she could feel that as long as he was close to her, things would be so much easier.

Aleph, who was feeling the great amount of emotions in Penny's body could only smile as he looked at her fondly.

Penny, after reading for a few minutes managed to find a spell to be able to teleport, so she raised her face and looked at Aleph's affectionate gaze.

So she blushed a bit before pointing to the page of the book.

"I found the spell, but I just don't know how to interpret this information. I think you should see the page so you can help me."

Aleph smiled kindly and shook his head at her. "Although I would love to see the contents of the book, it is completely impossible for me to be able to do that.

The book, having its own conscience, will only allow you to review each of its pages and the great content it has inside. I can only guide you, but you will have to describe exactly what you are seeing.

Don't worry if you don't understand anything at all, just tell me what kind of symbols you're seeing and I'll tell you what language it's written in. Knowing that, it's pretty easy for me to convey information about that language to you.

One of the advantages that we have when we are married is that we can transmit information to each other just by putting our foreheads together, although you must be quite prepared because it will not be a painless process.

The brain is usually not used to having a lot of pressure on itself, so once you get all the information your head will ache a bit.

But the real pain will come the next day. Think that your brain will have to deal with great stress and that it will eventually end up hurting you.

It is as if you were exercising for the first time. The next day you would have great muscle pain from the effort you made.

But do not worry about anything because I will take care of you for as long as necessary until you are in good condition.

Now just describe what you're looking at."

Penny looked at the book and tried to describe what she saw. "I know it's a teleportation spell because the title says so. However the rest of the information is written in a kind of language that handles circles and triangles.

But not only that, but it also has other quite strange geometric shapes, which makes me wonder if that is a language or if it is a kind of censorship that the book put on me.

Well, it looks like an error text on a computer."

Aleph caressed her chin and closed his eyes. "According to the information you transmitted, it should be the language of the Anoma, a humanoid race that lived on earth before the cataclysm.

The Anoma were a rather curious magical race which had the form of octopuses. They also had a great amount of magical power and communicated with the mind.

His writing used geometric figures and had the peculiarity of being quite magical, although from the descriptions you made, it is very likely that it is a more modern variation.

Although the race of the Anomas became extinct with the great cataclysm that occurred on earth, their writing, being magical, has the power to summon magic from the environment.

For which it was quite famous among the first men although it has been forgotten over time, however we are lucky that it knows exactly how to interpret the information in that language.

What I'm going to do next isn't complicated enough though, if you need to close your eyes and let my forehead touch yours.

At that time I will transmit to you all the interpretation of the language of the Anomas, although it is not a complicated language if it has a rather curious way of interpretation, but eventually you will understand it."

Following Aleph's instructions, Penny closed her eyes and could feel how her heads came together. It was at that moment that she felt how a great amount of information reached her brain.

When she started the sensation, she was quite curious. However, with the passage of time, the sensation became somewhat uncomfortable, but despite that she continued to bear that sensation.

When the information transfer process reached its end, Penny was able to understand a large part of the language and writing of the Anoma race.

The feeling was quite amazing, as it was as if she had always known how the magic and writing of that magical race worked.

Opening her eyes, she began to read the book again, and she realized that she could fully understand what the book said, for which she was very happy.
