Figuring this out was going to be easy. And he wanted to start with those lips of hers first.
"Close your eyes, Gia," he said softly.
A small wave of fear swelled in Gia before she listened and her brown eyes closed, trusting him with whatever it is he wanted to do without her gaze on him. But there was a slow sadness that began to swirl in her stomach. He hadn't denied that he had been with someone else. Whatever he was going to show her was something he had done with others. She swallowed back the salty tears that started collecting again behind her eyes, wishing to keep them hidden.
Sage smiled to himself. His beautiful mate was innocent, and she was worried for nothing. At least this was one thing he could give her—his own innocence in return.
