David and Bells were on their way out of the pack house when David stopped and tugged on her hand.
"Before we check on Finn, I need to thank Cora for what she did. Selah said that she somehow fixed those who were hurt, which means that she is the reason you are okay." He swallowed roughly, still unable to believe how Bells had just sat up like she had only been sleeping. It was the most relief he had ever felt.
"Oh, you're right. Of course, we need to thank her," she nodded in agreement.
Cora and Theo were talking to Penelope and Zagan on the bottom floor when David and Bells approached. They stopped a few feet back from where the others were standing, waiting a respectful distance.
