"Hey sis," Sage said when Selah walked by and hit his shoes.
He was reclining on a chair in the main area of the pack house looking over the map of the territory. He had jotted down where everyone was going to be positioned when the time came for fighting and was trying to anticipate issues.
Other than the unknown witch from Eliade, it felt like there was something he was overlooking. But he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Selah leaned over the chair next to him, looking at the paper in his hands.
"Aren't you supposed to be in a sacred female circle or something?" He asked, glancing at her and then back at the map.
"You know about that?"
"Just found out actually. Is Gia done too, then?"
Selah pushed herself off the chair and stood. "No, she's still there. I left early."
"Everything okay?" He pulled his gaze from the map to really look at her this time. Now that he did, he could tell something was off with her.
