The US Government had already rebuilt Washington DC and confiscated the Asteroid, life was basically back to normal for the Washington DC citizens, some had even forgotten about the Asteroid calamity as a whole, mainly paying attention to their daily lives as if nothing had ever happened, well this fast change of pace was all due to the fast rising revolutionary technologies that emerged from time to time around, with new tech and incredibly new technological era, it wasn't that hard to see why'd they'd forgotten about it so soon.

Everyone were busy enjoying there lives like always as if the disastrous event didn't even happen at all.
Meanwhile...In an unknown Location.
It turned out someone ambitious hadn't learnt there lessons as always, not so shockingly the culprit was non other than the US Government.
While everyone were busy with their daily lives, They themselves had already been continuously Analysing, Experimenting and doing all kinds of untold things to the Magnificent Asteroid from day one!.
through out the 2 years they discovered that the Asteroid contained a huge amount of radiation, stunningly for them, they'd also discovered several astonishing traits of the Asteroid.
other than it's incredible radiation, they also found out that it was shockingly unbreakable to the point of it being several times harder than a supposed diamond!!, the discovery was naturally a big shock to the scientists and politicians conducting the Experiments.
Who wouldn't be astounded by such a terrifying discovery?.
The discovery of a terrifying unknown element several times more impenetrable than the strongest carbon based allotrope on earth would be enough to instill certain amount of temptation within most if not everyone!.
After conducting several experiments with multiple failures, it took a while before they were able to cut open a part the Asteroid even with there cutting edge laser technology.
From their research, they discovered that the Asteroid was beyond anything they could've imagined.
It wasn't a lie if they were to say that it was seriously more powerful than anything they'd witnessed as well, just the meer amount of radiation it was radiating were off the charts to begin with!.
any normal metal would be turned into molten lava if they got within 1 kilometer of it.
the US government scientists were forced to put on there highest state of the art radiation suits imbued with there most powerful technology before they were even allowed near it.

the US Government had managed to turn the Asteroid parts into weapons of mass destruction.
They made monstrous Atomic bombs, Armours, blasters and many other things out of the Asteroid.
All the weapons were suprisenly almost indestructible, not to mention the armour were bullet proof, rocket launcher proof, Canon proof they were impenetrable .
The Current President Michael Jen obviously let the power of the weapons go to his head, without so much as a thought, the ignorant power hungry fool set out to conquer more countries with his magnificent weapons.
Terrifyingly, In just under two years he conquered all neighboring countries like Canada , Mexico , Brazil e.t.c
Michael didn't stop there , he quickly challenged one of the world powers Britain.
there war lasted for 3 years with neither sides gaining any ground, Britain called for help from its neighboring countries, America did the same, And they continued to fight leading to an all out war, World war 4 to be exact!.
The war continued causing unimaginable destruction as atomic bombs were released causing even more mayhem.
And that's how the world came to an end in 2100 when America released a new type of Atomic bomb made from the Asteroid.

a young 15 year old boy was walking home when a bright light flashed before his eyes for Americas Atomic bomb had finally been activated!, in under a few seconds it's destructive might was on full display for the whole world to see!.
It's might was unimaginable as the Bomb was completely unpredictable to the fact that even the ones who activated it were left dumbfounded by its shocking power!.
